How do I choose and order books?
Browse the book shop and open the page of the book you like. Pick the format you want (printed book or eBook), then press "Add to cart". When you are done, open the cart and press "Checkout". No account is needed: you can order as a guest and fill in the delivery details at checkout.
How do I pay?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout, before you confirm the order. All prices are final, in RON (lei).
How do I receive my order?
We ship via Cargus courier, usually within 24-48 working hours after the order is confirmed. Shipping is free for orders over 150 lei; below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout. eBooks are downloaded instantly after payment, from the confirmation email, with no shipping costs.
Can I get a signed copy?
Yes, free of charge. On the page of any printed book tick the autograph option and write the child's name; Alina signs the book before it ships.
Can I return an order?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return it, no questions asked (GEO 34/2014). See the return policy.
